Our 7-Day Ayurvedic Assurance ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase of our traditional remedies and wellness products.
Step 1: Initiation
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@ayurphala.com with your order number and reasons for return.
Step 2: Verification
Our quality team will review the request. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with seals intact due to the personal care nature of our products.
Step 3: Return Shipment
Once authorized, you can ship the product back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Refund Process
After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
What is not eligible for return?
- Opened or tampered seals or packaging.
- Used Ayurvedic oils, pastes, or powders.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.
- Products with missing items from the kit or bundle.
Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong item? We offer direct exchanges for another product of equal or greater value if the original remains sealed. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
